Microlots + Rarities

Looking for an exceptional coffee? As its name suggests, microlots are small, dedicated production batches of genuinely high quality. Therefore, microlots are strictly limited—so securing a few bags often requires quick action.
Microlots are harvested and processed separately from the rest of a farm’s production for various reasons. Differences in coffee variety, shade cover, or sun exposure across different parts of the farm can all contribute to a lot’s unique characteristics. Once selected, farmers can apply different processing methods to further distinguish their coffees and identify their highest-quality lots. This dedication and precision often result in an extraordinary cup—microlots frequently surprise with unusual and distinctive flavors.
